Wartenberg Pinwheel, made of shiny chrome plated brass

The pinwheel, designed by Wartenberg, was originally used in neurology, to test nerve reactions.
The very sharp spikes trigger a strong response, even on un-senitive areas of skin. Initially to be used with care in intimate areas, many subs can hardly bear it!
