Originally, these Beating Whips weren't intended as whips, but to remove the dust from military uniforms of Prussian soldiers and therefore typically belonged in the barracks. But many of these objects found their way into naughty children's parents houses, where they took - on account of the seven tails - the name 'Seven Stripes'. This model is so-to-speak a deluxe version for higher-ranking officers with a handle made from beautifully polished precious wood and tails from best English saddle leather. This Beating Whip should always be used with caution and is not suitable for beginners! The very solid tails of the whip will become significantly more flexible after having been used (with care) a few times. Only after this breaking in, this whip develops it's, for connoisseurs well appreciated, character and works very well for a hard-core session! Total length approx. 76 centimetres Length of tails approx. 45 centimetres Diameter of handle 30 to 35 millimetres Weight approx. 350 grams
General safety guidelines apply particularly to the Beating Whip! It should never be used for striking the spine or kidney area directly. Compared to lighter floggers or strap whips these Beating Whips are much harder and can therefore cause deep tissue injuries when deployed more vigorously. Beating Whips are definitely not suitable for beginners!
