The dragon tongue is a long, tapered tongue made from thick, but soft cowhide leather. At it's base it hugs the round, engraved metal head and progresses into a flat, tapered end.
The dragon tongue can be deployed in many ways. Used from a distance, a relatively sharp pain can be attained by only letting the tip stroke the skin at high speed. From a shorter distance the wider part of the tongue smacks around the affected body part.
The shape of the head suggests a use for other purposes. For this the leather hand loop is detachable with press buttons.
