This extremely restrictive gag is not suitable for gentle souls.
The wide rubber lips are placed between the cheeks and teeth to provide the correct fit. The leather strap prevents the inflation of the cheeks when the gag is blown up. Due to this the rubber cushion fills the mouth considerably and insures absolute quiet.
But please use with care, as if inflated too much it restricts the air supply! Only suitable for people who had previous experience with gags. Never for people who choke easily!
