'Mum's Little Punishment', small oval-paddel

Mum's Little Punishment reminds one of a hairbrush, which mother took out of her dresser when she had to reprimand her offspring.
Depending on the severity of the offense, she could land a softer blow, urging caution. But if she used some force the result was absolutely punishing.

This paddle is sewn from two very rubust layers of leather. It has exactly the right flexibility to have a big effect, despite it's small format!
A D-ring is incorporated in the handle, so that Mum's Little Punishment can always be kept within easy reach.

For the production of this paddle we use our heavy English saddle leather ( please see additional information below) in the following colour combinations:
- black with black stitching
- black with burgundy stitching
- mahagony with black stitching
- london (upper layer) / black (bottom layer) with black stitching

Lenght approx. 19 centimetres
Width approx. 5 centimetres.

Our heavy English saddle leather is an especially high-quality drum dyed leather and has a thickness of approximately 4,5 to 5 millimetres.
The surface is not covered with insoluble pigments, but natural, providing a particularly pleasant grip and feel.
Over time it becomes softer, rather than harder (in contrast to cheap belt leather, which turns hard and brittle after a while).
This leather benefits from a little dubbing from time to time; oil, however should not be used, as due to the naturally retained surface it could change the colour of the leather.
We use this leather in the following colours:
-black
-mahagony (medium brown with a reddish tint)
-london (the description for this almost un-dyed leather originates from equestrian sport)
