'The Attitude Adjuster', Short Double Slapper

The Attidude Adjuster is a short double slapper; it's effect is that between a slapper and a paddle.
The two layers of thick, ridgid leather gain the oscillation mainly from the narrow transition to the re-enforced handle. When struck lightly, they hit their aim with a slight delay, which creates a charming double clack, like an echo. The effect is then still on a level which makes it possible to think about attidude and transgression. However, the more forceful it is struck, the more these thoughts melt into the background and the effect increases to that of a wicked paddle.

The handle is constructed from a seperate strip of leather, which is sewn around the two layers of the slapper and provides a comfortable grip in the hand.
All the edges are thoroughly rounded off and furnished with a decorative line.
A small D-ring is worked into the handle, to attach the slapper as a caution or just for decoration.

For the production of our Attitude Adjuster, we use our heavy English saddle leather
(please see additional information below)
in the following colour variations:
- black with handle in black and burgondy stitching
- black with handle in mahogany and black stitching
- mahogany with handle in london and stitching in mahogany
- london with handle in black and stitching in london

Our heavy English saddle leather is an especially high-quality drum dyed leather and has a thickness of approximately 4,5 to 5 millimetres.
The surface is not covered with insoluble pigments, but natural, providing a particularly pleasant grip and feel.
Over time it becomes softer, rather than harder (in contrast to cheap belt leather, which turns hard and brittle after a while).
This leather benefits from a little dubbing from time to time; oil, however should not be used, as due to the naturally retained surface it could change the colour of the leather.
We use this leather in the following colours:
-black
-mahagony (medium brown with a reddish tint)
-london (the description for this almost un-dyed leather originates from equestrian sport)
