Extra Weight (approx. 100 Grams)
with screw on top, to screw onto additional weights and cored hole at the bottom for attachment of further weights by screwing.

To use this weight you need a further weight with hook!

Height approx. 2 centimetres (plus screw),
diameter approx. 3 centimetres.

Made from chrom-plated steel

Our weights can be screwed together to continuously increase the load.
Every weight has a screw on top, which can be screwed in the appropriate thread of any other weight. In theory, endless chains of weights attached together can be constructed this way.
The snap hooks of the weights can be unscrewed and attached to any other weight. So only one weight with hook is needed and the load can be increased as desired.

All 100 to 500 gram weights have the same diameter, except for the 1 kilogram weight, which is slightly thicker.

When attaching the weights, please ensure the secure fastening onto the clamps. If a clamp comes loose and the weight falls it can cause injuries and above all very un-sexy pain.
For heavier weights our medical clamps and forceps provide the most secure attachment.
