The McHurt Clamps with screws are individually adjustable, so that the desired pressure can seamlessly be customized to requirements and increased or decreased while wearing.
With this wider version, the pressure is distributed over a larger area than the slimmer versions by the 16 millimetre wide contact surface. This makes these clamps particularly suitable for female nipples, as the pain caused is more flat and therefore more bearable.
But these clamps can also easily be used for the attachment of weights.

A handy hint for using clamps with screws:
in contrast to clamps with springs these clamps seemingly lose their pressure after 30 seconds to 1 minute, as they push the liquid out of the clenched tissue. A clamp with spring would automatically keep the pressure up. These clamps, however, have to be tightened once or twice to compensate for the loss of pressure.
Then these wide McHurt-Clamps are particularly suitable for the attachment of weights!
