The small, thin spike can then pre-drill and rinse, when the bigger, rippled attachment applies the second douche and squirts the liquid out from all sides of the head.
The douche can be dismantled and is easy to clean.

Measurement:
Spike 7 to 14 millimetres diameter,
     penetration depth approx. 7.5 centimetres.
Rippled attachment approx. 18 to 22 millimetres diameter,
     penetration depth approx. 11 centimetres.
