If you know the old John Willie, Stanton & Co. comics, you will have seen this typical form of a paddle. The Long Bat is a very slender paddle made from two thick layers of leather, which are sewn together . A slightly flexible inlay gives it the perfect oscillation between very stiff and slightly elastic, so the paddle reverberates a little for a lasting effect. The slim handle is comfortable to hold and allows easy handling from the wrist. All edges are thoroughly rounded off. For the production of the Long Bat we use the best bridle leather (please see additional information below) in the following colour combinations: - black with black stitching - black with burgundy stitching - mahogany with stitching and edges in black (please use your colour option below) Length approx. 40 centimetres plus hand loop Width approx. 5 centimetres
