Right of cancellation
The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons - in written form (e. g. letter, email) - or by returning the merchandise. At the earliest the deadline commences one day after the merchandise and a detailed, written cancellation policy has been received, but not before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information as defined in Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB as well as our duties under § 312g (1) sentence 1 of the BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The cancellation period is observed by sending the merchandise or cancellation notice within this period.

Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received services shall be returned and any drawn benefits (e.g. interest) are to be handed over.
In the event of a withdrawal there is no obligation to reimburse any deterioration of the product, unless caused deliberately or grossly negligent use and you were informed in writing at the time of conclusion of contract. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for a deterioration due to the utilisation of the good by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.
Items which can be sent by post may be returned at our risk. Goods not suitable for shipping via parcel post will be picked up from your location.
You will bear the regular cost of returned items if the delivered goods are the goods ordered and if the price of the returning goods is not higher than 40 Euros or if the price is above 40 euros but you have not yet made full payment or a contractually agreed upon partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise the return of the goods is free.
Obligations for the refund of payments must be met within 30 days. For you, the period begins on submission of the declaration of withdrawal or return of the items and for us upon receipt of the same.
