About McHurt

The name McHurt originated from the Scottish thrift mentality. With it, we want to express our opposition to the numerous overpriced S&M products that have annoyed us for many years. However, like the Scots, we also place great value on quality and style. This doesn't have to be a contradiction. There are already discounters in many other industries whose recipe for success lies not in being "cheap," but in offering good-quality items at truly fair prices.

We also want to earn at least a living with our work, but without ripping off our customers with, for example, the infamous "pervert markup" or poor quality.

With this goal in mind, we have been developing our own products since 2007. The online shop "www.McHurt.de" went online at Easter 2008, and in June 2009, we opened our store in Berlin. Since July 2010, the online shop has moved to the domain "www.McHurt.eu" to be more accessible to customers from non-German-speaking countries.

McHurt is a Europe-wide registered trademark for SM products. The product range focuses on bondage, whips, medical toys, and SM accessories, with the materials used primarily being leather and metal.

With specialists from leather production, we develop leather types that are particularly suitable for our products. This also allows us to directly influence the chemicals used for dyeing and taming, which is a very important aspect in leather production. The leather is processed by specialists who originally come from the equestrian accessories or motorcycle clothing sectors and thus bring the necessary expertise, dexterity, and eye for detail.

A small metal manufacturer is producing our first own metal toys. This area is still quite small, but we expect production capacity to grow and thus our product range to expand.

In addition to our own products, we have also included some items from other manufacturers whose quality we have convinced us of. By keeping prices tight, we can offer such items at acceptable conditions. You can recognize such items in the online shop by the fact that they are not marked with the "Exclusively by McHurt" label.

We are constantly working on new products to expand our offerings for you. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to contact us. While we are dedicated and active SM enthusiasts, there are certainly still many new ideas that we haven't thought of ourselves. We are always happy to exchange ideas!
