Due to the especially thick cowhide, the impact of this Argentinian flogger is considerably heftier than floggers made from thinner leather.
The combination of the thick, yet soft tails and an artfully embellished metal handle form the character of this flogger.
The shape of the head suggests a use for other purposes. For this, the leather hand loop is detachable with press studs.
