This is the basic version of our Mala cuffs in a size fitting very slender to more robust wrists or for all other objects with a circumference from 11 to 23 centimetres.
Application: the cuffs are pulled tight around the object and fixed at the appropriate setting by placing the immovable eyelet through the slit in the leather. This eyelet now protrudes and offers options for the attachment of a snap hook or a screw eye-bolt for the connection to other cuffs or . . . or . . . or . . .
Alternatively, a padlock can be used to prevent any attempts of escape.
When two cuffs are connected in this way, the binding is considerably more restrictive than with cuffs which have D-rings, like for example used with our Ihsan or Wotan cuffs, as the eyelets are fixed. Those for whom this level of restrictiveness is still not enough, please view our Mala Hand Combination (Art.-Nr. MBL112). Those cuffs are securely stitched together and do not allow any movement.
These cuffs can also easily be used as a fastening to furniture. One cuff is fixed around the armrest of a chair or the brace on the metal bed, for example, the other around the wrist. Let your fantasy run free, there are countless possibilities!
All items of the Mala system are sewn from a thick, very robust, naturally grained cowhide leather. Despite their sturdiness, they are surprisingly soft and flexible.
The inside is lined with garment leather without padding; there the metal parts are covered with leather in order to avoid contact with the skin.

With these little padlocks you can secure our bondage cuffs, necklaces, gags or...or...or...! They are not high security locks which will keep any Houdini under lock and key, but are perfectly suitable for normal use. The shiny chrome effect is a little eyecatcher, which decorates the bondage item as well as the compliant person beautifully. To secure normal cuffs or straps, the lock is quickly snapped into the buckle and cannot be opened anymore. Every lock is opened by he same key, so that only one key is needed for several locks. This hogtie-set in short X-form is notedly more restrictive than the classic version. This model is especially suitable for those who are agile enough to get their hands and feet quite close together and those who like to liberate themselves from the classic hogtie set.With this short variation it is decidedly more difficult, because the hooks are positioned much closer together! These bondage cuffs are equipped with a special locking mechanism. They have a buckle with an eyelet at the tip of the prong. To secure the cuffs, a small padlock fits through the eyelet. When the padlock is closed, the cuffs can be opened only by the person with power over the key! The holes on the straps are elongated, due to the shape of the prong. Theoretically, this causes a small limitation of flexibility when adjusting the cuffs. But due to the soft leather used in the production, this is kept to a minimum and we are now able to offer this locking device after numerous requests by our customers. This lockable version is naturally predestined to be worn over extended periods of time. To support this long-term use, the cuffs are designed extra wide. The width changes depending on size, please see exact measurements below. As with all other cuffs of the Wotan series, these cuffs are sewn from a very thick, but ultra soft cowhide leather with a padded inside made from soft lamb's Nappa leather and offer the perfect combination of stability and a total comfortable fit. Matching to our Skortan Straps we now also have bondage cuffs available.The Skortan Cuffs are produced like the straps, but have an additional D-ring, with which to connect them to each other or to fixate them to furniture...or...or...or...The D-rings are sewn into the cuffs with the help of an extremely robust, nylon- strengthened, leather eyelet. The Skortan Cuffs therefore belong to the heavy duty side, without obviously looking like it at first glance. The Skortan Cuffs are very comfortable to wear, thanks to the Velour leather on the inside, even without cushioning, and are indeed suitable for long-term bondage.
