The inflatable anal plug Zeppelin in elongated shape is made from latex with an integrated vibrator.
It's an effective, seamlessly adjustable anal vibrator with ample power and can alternatively be used like inflatable anal beads, with greater penetration depth than Fanny Hill's.
Both functions combined will definitely leave a lasting impression.
But please don't use vaginally, as - in case of it bursting - the pressurised air is dangerous!
