For the Riding Whip 'Gothic' we have combined the historical design of our Vintage Riding Whip with a large modern leather swat.
The swat, made from two layers of Nappa leather, is very flexible, but rigid enough to have a distinct effect.
The relatively short design in combination with the large swat make this whip a favourite implement to be universally used on almost all body parts.
One very attractive element of this whip is its complete production from leather, compared with the high ratio of synthetic components in most riding crops.

We produce these whips from especially high-quality English bridle leather, the swat is made from Nappa leather.
The stitching compliments the appearance of this whip with matching colours, respectively.

The Riding Whip 'Gothic' is available in following colour options:
- black with swat in bordeaux
- black with swat in dark grey grained
- bordeaux/black with swat in light grey grained

Our English bridle leather is an especially high-quality drum dyed leather and has a thickness of approximately 3,5 to 4 millimetres.
The surface is not covered with insoluble pigments, but natural, providing a particularly pleasant grip and feel.
Over time it becomes softer, rather than harder (in contrast to cheap belt leather, which turns hard and brittle after a while).
This leather benefits from a little dubbing from time to time; oil, however should not be used, as due to the naturally retained surface it could change the colour of the leather.
