This vintage german crop is made from a specially treated wood which has been cut in four strangs and is twiddled with the help of dampishness and heat.
Nontheless this crop should never be soaked in water, in contrast to canes!

The 'Sulgen' Crop is relatively stiff, thus its effect ranges inbetween a classic riding crop and a stick.

The manufacturing technique of 'Sulgen' Wood dates from the 19th century and is nowadays masterd by very few people only. Hence we are always really happy to still being able to offer suchlike crops.

The closed swat of this crop is cut from particularly stiff Nappa leather.
