This paddle is the wooden version of our Long Bat and if you have read the old comic books by John Willie or Stanton & Co., you will be familiar with this typical shape of a paddle.

The Teachers Bat is a long, slender paddle with a very long lasting effect and allows for very easy handling from the wrist.
Only a little momentum is needed to let it flip onto (almost) every part of the body in order to achieve a considerable reaction. Yet it is large enough to instil abundant respect into any naughty bottom.

Please test carefully in the beginning! The effect is more intensive than expected.

Made from polished rosewood

For our paddles we are pointedly looking for lumbers with wavy grain which gives a subtle and characteristic look to our paddles.

Due to the individual grain every paddle is a unique and looks similar to the sample shown in the pictures but never alike.

The surface of the paddle is polished and sealed only but not lacquered since most lacquers would scratch and spall easily.

To clean the paddle is damp wipeable. But please never use aggressive detergents or desinfectant!
